So yes it's here Christmas, and I am trying to get a heads start. I have already had the family photo done and I saw snow globe card that I saw on SCS today by Lilly Hickson love it............. I am hoping to tweek it a little so that you can't see that I have it as a wallet size photo not sure how I am going to do that, but that's why we start early

Not Sure if you can see the embossed lines on the white Xmas card I love how subtle it is.

When I went to Stampinpolooza in Oct my friend did a demo making your own buttons. So it thought that this would be a cute idea as a Christmas tree,plus with home made button come on this is cool, Thanks Ang, again .

I heat embossed the Santa figure and water colored the face and hat I think it turned out great. I added a little saying on the bottom corner to Believe. I think we all need to believe a little more and remember who's around us watching. The card is in my opinion very classic Christmas card-y. Sorry this bunch applies too, I wrote their names who originally did the layout/idea but lost that little piece of paper.

Happy Halloween

Halloween has come and gone. I sent out a few cards this year for the first time and I thought it was a fun way to say hi to people and I know I am tired of just getting bills in the mail. So I thought what the heck... Plus it gets me in gear for Christmas Cards. Yes I said it.... and Yes it coming and bringing the nasty cold with it.

I really thought that they were sweet cards. Of course we all know that I have no idea who's original idea they were. The sad thing is I wrote it down so I wouldn't forget. When will I ever learn. LOL

I have been doing a few "anything but cards projects too. I like to put little treat in my little baggies. So this is what I have been working on. I used little folded scalloped tags for little topper for moisturizers. I love this so easy and I can write a little blurb in it also.
I was on SCS today and fell in love with these little spider I came across. MY little 3yr old son love spiders, I thought since he was having a bad day today I would surprise him. They were fun and quick to make. Since I am a very lazy stamper I love the fast and quick project. Plus I don't get to much time to do things with the two boys. I am glad that I had this time to do these I have been feeling a little low and this helped me get this off my mind. Boy what did I do for fun before stamping. LOL.

Oh my! I did not even notice how long it has been since I have been on this. I have been crazy busy. Working and running around like a mad woman. Really nothing to prove for it either. Last night and today are the first real chance I have had to sit down and play. I have had a lot of fun too. I still have a couple of more cards to make for Halloween / fall/ just to say hi cards.

I really like the frogs on the happy Halloween Card I don't really see frogs as Halloween ish but it words for me. I have been practicing my water colouring I'm not extremely happy on the water colouring but I also have done way worse too. LOL.

Good Morning peoples,


I was up late making these. I wanted to make little tags/colouring books for my son's birthday that is coming up. I really think they turned out okay. They aren't perfect but they are mainly going to my family and friends kids. Most of the kids are pretty young so they probably will like to chew on the crayons more then use the book LOL.

I tried to keep it pretty simple and to keep it all matching but, I use black and gray for the invites and I it challenging to to do cute-sy things. I don't think I am a cute-sy kind of girl. Especially since this is a little boys
birthday. I think there are only two girls going.
I will post my loot bag soon but this this is starting to frustrating me with the formatting I keep loosing a picture and the writing is all over. grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!! get it they are dinosaurs. I know not funny but the kids think I am funny .. LOL

My friend had recently announced to everyone at work that she is pregnant. It's too early to find out if it's a boy or a girl. I tried to make it a little neutral but to me it says girl but that is okay' It's a baby and it can be cute.

I have learned that I am not the best photographer you can't really see that I dry embossed a pattern on the purple cs.

People plse help ..Any tips on photography??????

I am not sure on how I feel about this one. I think I should have stamped a pattern on the purple cs. I think it may have had the pop I am looking for. I still like it it's just missing something.

As I mentioned before that Ang. (Ink and a Smile) had a beautiful gold and Brown card. I thought I would try and go with. I looked and I thought and here it is. It has this bedroom wallpaper feel to it. But that doesn't bother me. I have never used gold before I would usually try to shy away. But being the brave girl that I am I went at it.

I do have to say I love this new clear stamp set I bought Inkadinkado from Micheal's they have them on sale and well you know what happens next. I have a couple others that I still have to try out but I keep going back to this set. It just looks so elegant. So don't be shy let me know what you think. I am starting to get lonely on this thing almost like I am talking to myself. LOL
